As Gonen Law Offices, we advised Göknur Gıda Maddeleri Enerji İmalat İthalat İhracat ve Ticaret A.Ş. in its role as Project Leader for the establishment of a Fruit Concentrate, Puree, and Puree Concentrate Factory in Kazakhstan, with an annual production capacity of 160,000 tons.
Within this strategic investment, conducted under an international consortium, Göknur Gıda will be responsible for the selection, supply, and installation of the factory’s process machinery and equipment. Valued at approximately USD 18 million, the project is expected to be completed within 8 months, in time for the 2026 production season.
