It has been decided that the item (a) on “Vehicle purchase, sale and registration transactions” and the item (b) on “Notarial transactions other than vehicle purchase, sale and registration transactions” in the 3rd subparagraph of the 10th subsection titled
“Procedure for the use of the power of attorney and its annexes scanned and transferred to the electronic archive of the Turkish Notaries Association Information System (TNBBS) in other notary offices” shall be corrected as “normal sample extraction can be done by making and charging a fee” and the implementation shall start as of September 1, 2024.
In other words, it has been made obligatory to approve the copy of the power of attorney written in the system before the transactions are carried out. Those who will carry out transactions are required to present the original power of attorney or have the power of attorney entered into the system approved for a fee before the transaction.
