Özge USTA

Özge Usta’s practice focuses on corporate, national and international commercial law, commercial arbitration, advising foreign clients on residence permits, work permits and citizenship acquisition processes, company establishment and bank account opening in Turkey and foreign countries, particularly in the UAE.

Having experience in institutional arbitration proceedings, particularly ad hoc and FOSFA, GAFTA, LMAA arbitrations, USTA takes an active role in the conduct of clients’ national and international arbitration proceedings. She plays a role in drafting and negotiating contracts between domestic and foreign clients and third parties.
