İrem Bektas began her career in 2020 at the Legal Department of Galatasaray Sports Club, where she worked until 2024. During this time, she gained valuable experience in various legal fields, including commercial law, corporate law, and contract law, laying a solid foundation for her legal career.

Throughout her career, Ms. Bektas has developed a deep understanding of various legal areas such as property law, labor law, commercial law, contract law and bankruptcy and enforcement law. She has advised companies on a range of legal matters, including daily operations, general assembly processes, and corporate governance, helping them navigate complex legal issues with confidence and precision.

Her experience extends to drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, as well as advising clients on legal strategies that align with their business goals. She is also highly experienced in managing litigation and enforcement proceedings, developing strategic solutions, and achieving favorable outcomes for her clients. Furthermore, she has demonstrated expertise in organizing and managing Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assembly meetings, as well as handling capital increases for corporations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and corporate regulations.
