Eylül Deniz ÖZBAY’s main practice areas are capital markets law, banking and finance, personal data protection law and arbitration. She also advises foreign clients on issues such as residence and work permits and citizenship acquisition.

ÖZBAY has played an active role in the initial public offering processes of various companies and has experience in the management of joint-stock companies and corporate governance principles. Additionally, she provides consultancy services in institutional arbitration proceedings, including ISTAC arbitration, as well as in the preparation and negotiation of contracts between third parties.
