We were pleased to come together with young lawyers as part of the Winter ELSA Law School Bodrum. Our Managing Partner Av. Hasan Zihni Gönen delivered a presentation entitled: “O&M Agreements and Notice to Proceed (NTP) – Legal, Commercial & Risk Management Perspective”.
The presentation addressed the legal and commercial aspects of O&M agreements, as well as the critical role of Notice to Proceed (NTP) from a risk management and dispute resolution perspective.
Engaging with young colleagues, sharing professional experience, and discussing practice-oriented issues is always a great pleasure for us.
We strongly believe that such academic and practical gatherings make a valuable contribution to professional development and legal practice.
