On 20 July 2026, our Associate, Başak Eser, participated as a guest lecturer at the Arbitration Summer School organized by the European Law Students’ Association (ELSA), which brought together law students from across Europe.
As part of the opening day programme, she delivered a session on Negotiating and Drafting International Commercial Contracts.
During the interactive session, Eser shared valuable legal and practical insights into the core mechanics of international commercial agreements, emphasizing the role of strategic contract drafting in mitigating risk and preventing future legal disputes. Key topics covered in the presentation included:
