Zeynep ABAT

Zeynep ABAT’s main practice areas are energy law, construction law, international commercial law and arbitration. She also advises foreign clients on issues such as residence and work permits, bank account opening, company incorporation and citizenship acquisition.

Having experience in ad hoc and institutional arbitration proceedings, including FOSFA, GAFTA, ISTAC arbitrations, ABAT takes an active role in the conduct of clients’ national and international arbitration proceedings. He is also involved in drafting and negotiating agreements between domestic and foreign clients and third parties.
