Tunahan KAPLAN provides consultancy and litigation services to his clients in the fields of insurance, health, energy and tax law. He serves as an expert arbitrator in the fields of trade, construction, employment, insurance and consumer law, and deals with voluntary arbitration processes, negotiation procedures and bargaining techniques.

In the field of enforcement and bankruptcy law, Mr. KAPLAN represents his clients in the initiation of enforcement procedures with or without judgement, monitoring enforcement process and managing the collection stages on behalf of clients.
