Nilüfer FİRİK’s primary areas of practice are contract law, competition law, corporate law, and international trade law.
Nilüfer provides support in ensuring compliance with competition law regulations, preventing competition violations, and managing relevant legal processes. She also plays an active role in drafting and negotiating contracts between clients and third parties.
Additionally, Nilüfer offers comprehensive consultancy services to domestic and international clients in company formation, as well as the organization and execution of ordinary and extraordinary general assembly and board of directors’ meetings.
